Devin S. has a varied work experience. In 2011, they began their career as a Server at Captain Loomis Restaurant. In 2016, they took on the role of IT Intern at EYT Media Group. In 2017, they began working at cloudIT, where they have held several roles, including NOC Lead, Cloud Automation Engineer, Cloud Systems Engineer, Cloud Systems Administrator, and Cloud Systems Specialist. As Cloud Systems Engineer, they worked on automating tasks inside the company utilizing internal platforms and powershell, setting up platforms to get client information into internal knowledge base systems, and helping to reduce steps needed to onboard a client and provide technicians the information they need to support a client on day 1. As Cloud Systems Administrator, they assisted with ticket escalations from Tier 1 technicians to provide timely support for clients, including higher level break fixes as well as move add change requests for networking settings or active directory GPO's and file share permissions. As Cloud Systems Specialist, they provided technical help desk support and field technician support, helping to support over 60 clients in day to day IT operations including password resets, break fix incidents, third party vendor support, Server support and work flow work arounds. Devin also assisted in gathering information for on-boarding and off-boarding new employees for clients when documentation was not already present, while assisting in smoothing out processes internally for best practices.

Devin S. attended Penn State University from 2016 to 2017 where they earned a degree in Information Sciences and Technology with a focus on Networking. Prior to that, they attended PennWest Clarion from 2012 to 2014, studying Computer Science. Before that, they attended Clarion County Career Center from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Computer Networking. Devin S. also holds several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (obtained in November 2022), 3CX Basic Certified Engineer v15 (obtained in October 2018), Computer Networking (obtained in May 2012), and Parallels RAS Technical Professional (obtained in June 2019).
