Joelle Hechaime has extensive experience in operations and customer success within the food-tech sector. Joelle has held various leadership roles at CloudKitchens, including Head of Customer Success for different regions in Europe, and also served as a Commercial & Strategy Manager at Deliveroo, where Joelle co-led the launch of Deliveroo Editions. Prior to these roles, Joelle worked at Societe Generale Private Banking and Bank Audi, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Accounting from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
