Julie Barge

Julie Barge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and the culinary arts. Currently serving as Head of Operations at La Belle Assiette and Leader of Projects at Les Grandes Tables du Monde, Julie has a background that includes roles such as Operation Manager at CloudKitchens and Regional Operations Coordinator at onefinestay, where responsibilities spanned across multiple European clusters. Previous culinary positions as Cheffe de partie at LE MERMOZ and Le Berty demonstrate a strong foundation in kitchen management, complemented by early career experience in marketing and international relations.
