Daniel Miller

Daniel Miller is a seasoned executive in IT and operations with extensive experience in managing diverse teams and driving organizational success through strategic leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of IT, Infrastructure and Customer Operations at Cloudli Communications, Daniel oversees critical areas such as IT, customer care, global infrastructure, and compliance, while implementing innovative KPIs and AI-based solutions to enhance the customer experience. Previous roles include Vice President of Administrative Services at Sangoma, where Daniel managed a worldwide portfolio post-acquisition, and Executive Vice President of Operations at NetFortris, leading numerous successful acquisitions and technology service teams. Daniel holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.
