Javan Thompson

Javan Thompson is currently the IT & Security Lead at CloudM, having previously served as a System Engineer there from 2022 to 2024. They contributed to end-user hardware and SaaS software support for Google Workspace users and managed security, compliance, and network infrastructure. Prior to CloudM, Javan worked at AO as a Corporate Applications Engineer and IT Site Support Engineer from 2020 to 2022, where they played a pivotal role in implementing the Modern Workplace initiative. Earlier in their career, Javan was a 1st Line Support Engineer at CSC from 2011 to 2012 and holds certifications in Information Technology from Zenos IT Training, as well as qualifications in Business Studies, ICT, and Accounting from Runshaw College.
