Lee McKenzie possesses extensive experience in revenue operations and analytics, currently serving as the Revenue Operations Lead at CloudM since May 2025. Key achievements include the redesign of sales forecasting processes in Salesforce, development of new RevOps processes, and the establishment of a reporting infrastructure for real-time performance tracking. Prior to this, Lee held various roles at Xero from December 2017 to May 2025, culminating as a Senior Strategic Revenue Analyst, where predictive models and data-driven initiatives enhanced revenue forecasting and sales optimization.
