Peter Ryan

Peter Ryan has over 13 years of Salesforce experience. Peter started their career in 2006 as Manager of Sales Operations at Allscripts. In 2010, they joined Bluewolf, an IBM company, as Head of UK Delivery, where they were responsible for the success of all Salesforce projects delivered within the United Kingdom. Peter also managed the professional development of the UK Delivery Management Team, alignment of resources to desired career paths, quality improvements grounded in project/resource feedback, and the growth of the value/capabilities of the delivery team through mentorship and training. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Director - North American Consultants, where they were responsible for the development and management of all North American Business Analysts and Consultants, multiyear enterprise project estimation/engagement management, long term professional development/coaching, individual assessment and career path development, and team utilization planning/achievement. In 2018, Peter became CEO and Co-Founder of CloudMasonry, the Salesforce consulting services partner, with a focus on maximizing the benefit of investments made in cloud computing.

Peter Ryan received their BS in Business Management from Purdue University in 2004. Peter obtained their Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce in February 2011, followed by their Certified Salesforce.com Service Cloud Consultant certification in January 2011. Peter also obtained their Certified Salesforce.com Administrator certification from Salesforce in November 2008. In August 2018, they obtained their Hubspot Sales Software Certified certification from HubSpot. In June 2020, they obtained their Vlocity Platform Developer certification from Vlocity. Peter also holds a Certified Salesforce.com Consultant certification.
