Malini Rakheja

Malini Rakheja has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Currently, they are the Director of Product Management at CloudMD, where they lead a team focused on delivering healthcare through technology with the goal of improving patient outcomes. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at MindBeacon, where they championed the user experience for clinical users on their platform, facilitating better access to mental healthcare.

Malini also has experience at LogMeIn, where they held roles such as Senior Manager of Product Management and Senior Product Owner, overseeing the vision and execution of the Contact Center product line. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at AppDirect, driving product strategy and development.

Before entering the tech industry, Malini had experience at AppHelp by AppDirect, where they served as a Product Manager, Product Specialist, Senior Service Delivery Lead, and Contact Center Service Improvement Lead. Malini worked on generating new business growth ideas, developing processes, and rolling out tested ideas across technical support programs.
