Prakash Patel

Prakash Patel serves as the Chief Financial Officer at CloudMD (TSXV:DOC) since July 2023 and is a Board Member at Radius Child and Youth Services, which focuses on providing clinical assessment and counseling to youth affected by abuse. Previously, Patel held the position of CFO and Executive Vice President at ThoughtWire, where responsibilities included financial leadership for organizational growth and strategic partnerships. Educational qualifications include a CPA designation from CPA Ontario, a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Waterloo, and completion of a Leadership Program at The Wharton School.
