Eric Hough, MAM, MBA, is currently a Lead Analyst at Cloudmed, where they leverage their expertise to drive quality and innovative solutions. Previously, Eric served as a Senior Patient Access Quality Assurance Analyst at Aspirus Inc. and as a Medicaid Billing and Enrollment Supervisor at UnitedHealth Group, where they developed team capabilities and managed complex operational challenges. Eric holds an MBA in IT Management and a MA in Organizational Development from The College of Saint Scholastica, as well as a BFA in Technical Theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
