Stephanie Caiazzo

Stephanie Caiazzo, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephanie'smost recent position is as the Vice President of 340B Operations at Cloudmed, an R1 company, which they started in 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at par8o, where they served as the Senior Director of 340B Operations & Analytics from 2021 to 2022, the Director of Client Operations & Analytics from 2020 to 2021, and the Manager of Client Operations & Analytics from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining par8o, Caiazzo worked at Health Catalyst as a Specialist in Population Health Management from 2018 to 2019, and as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2018.
