Vincent Ong

Vincent Ong is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in managed services and IT architecture. Currently serving as the Managed Services Support Lead at Cloud Mile Inc. since May 2022, Vincent has played a pivotal role in expanding the company's operations in the ASEAN region. Previously, Vincent held the position of Associate Director Of Technology at AIA Malaysia, overseeing IT budgets, talent management, and governance. Vincent's expertise in Watson technology was honed during a seven-year tenure as a Watson Data & AI Architect at IBM, where deep knowledge in natural language capabilities was developed for various sectors. Prior to IBM, Vincent served in various roles, including Customer Service & Support Manager at Mformation Software Technologies and Application Manager at UMW Toyota Motor, showcasing a solid foundation in software development and project management. Vincent earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Kansas.
