Alan Li, also known as Hong Li, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in technology and service delivery management. Currently serving as Senior Director at CloudMinds Technology Inc. since October 2020, Alan is focused on optimizing service delivery management systems for service robots and cloud brain solutions, while also enhancing product development processes. Prior to this role, Alan spent nearly two decades at Huawei, where responsibilities included Senior Solution Architect for Huawei Cloud, Director of Global Software Managed Services Sales, and Head of IT Managed Services in the Middle East region. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from Xi'an University of Technology, obtained in 2001.
