Rui Liu

Rui Liu has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Rui started their career in 2002 as a Software System Engineer at Hopen Software Engineering Inc., where they researched and developed smart phone solutions and applications. Rui also provided revision and integration of input methods for smart phones.

In 2004, Rui joined HUAWEI Technology Inc. as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Rui led a team in the research and development of WCDMA/GSM dual mode mobile phone protocol stack. Rui also played a key role in optimizing the MM handover mechanism and conducting GCF testing.

From 2006 to 2008, Rui worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Flextronics (China) Electronics Technology Co., Ltd Beijing Design Center. Rui was responsible for developing GSM and TD-SCDMA dual mode mobile phones. Rui successfully integrated the TD-SCDMA/GSM protocol stack software, leading to its commercial application readiness.

Rui then joined NOKIA Beijing R&D center in 2008 as a Senior Engineer. In this role, they developed production automation test and verification solutions for phone production. Rui also took on the role of project manager, overseeing project requirements and the development process. Rui'sachievements include leading a team in the development of RFGUI features for GSM/WCDMA RF testing, implementing production API for Bluetooth/Wlan/TV/Fm radio/Call test functional verifications, and ensuring the timely release of Nokia's first Android product with satisfactory KPI results.

In 2014, Rui moved on to Anewstech Company Limited as a Software Architect. Rui played a key role in designing and developing software architectures and solutions.

Most recently, Rui has been working at CloudMinds Technology Inc. as a Sr. System Engineer since 2015. However, specific details about their role and responsibilities are not provided.

Rui Liu completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Engineering from North East University between the years 1993 and 1997. Later, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Application from Beijing Technology and Business University from 1999 to 2002.
