Rumi Debbarma

Rumi Debbarma is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Consultant at CloudMoyo since August 2019, Rumi specializes in contract abstraction, reviewing various legal agreements including MSAs, SOWs, Consultancy Agreements, and NDAs. Prior to this, Rumi worked at Infosys Limited from May 2016 to July 2019 as a Senior Contract Analyst, focusing on commercial policy and client interactions. Rumi's career also includes roles as a Legal Specialist at Mphasis, where responsibilities involved global legal compliance and remediation, and as a Legal Associate at QuisLex Legal Services. Rumi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New Law College, Pune and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from NEHU, Shillong.
