Warwick Harvey

Warwick Harvey has a strong background in software engineering and data engineering. Warwick is currently working as a Software Engineer at CloudNC since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Data Engineer at Cazoo from November 2021 to April 2022. Before Cazoo, they worked as a Consultant Principal Data Engineer at Cazana from June 2021 to October 2021. Warwick also has significant experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Triposo from November 2012 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Tieto from April 2009 to November 2012, where they contributed to various software development projects. Warwick has also held research positions at the University of St Andrews as a Research Fellow from October 2007 to March 2009, and at Imperial College London as a Research Fellow from April 2000 to December 2005. Alongside their research, they worked as a Consultant at Cisco Systems from August 2004 to October 2005, and at Parc Technologies from April 2000 to August 2004. Warwick has expertise in different programming languages and platforms, including C++, Linux, and embedded systems.

Warwick Harvey has an extensive education history. Warwick began their education at Ivanhoe Grammar School, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. Warwick then went on to pursue higher education at the University of Melbourne. From 1989 to 1993, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Software Engineering. Additionally, from 1989 to 1992, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university. Warwick Harvey continued their academic journey at the University of Melbourne and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science from 1994 to 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Warwick Harvey obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Agile Software Development from edX in June 2021.
