Chris Benzing has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris started their career in 2012 at KU Dining, where they held roles such as Lead Dishwasher and Part-Time Crew Leader. In these positions, they supervised and trained employees, organized schedules, and coordinated special events.
In 2015, Chris joined Epiq as a Data Processing Technician. Chris learned industry-standard and proprietary software, communicated project updates effectively, and resolved data processing issues. Chris was later promoted to the role of Production Team Lead, where they acted as a member of management and participated in strategic discussions about departmental direction.
In 2018, Chris transitioned to UnitedLex as a Senior Analyst. Chris leveraged their industry knowledge to perform complex process-related tasks and continuously improved processing workflows. Chris also worked closely with leadership to provide insights for workflow enhancements, investigated and resolved technical and processing issues, and ensured excellent work product delivery to clients. During this time, they also took on the role of a Data Analyst, specializing in data processing platforms and assisting in testing and implementing technology solutions.
Currently, Chris is working at CloudNine as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer, starting in 2021.
Chris Benzing attended Mill Valley High School and obtained a High School Diploma. From 2008 to 2014, they enrolled at The University of Kansas and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and History. In terms of additional certifications, Chris obtained various certifications such as Brainspace Certified Administrator, Brainspace Certified Analyst, Brainspace Certified Specialist, Cloudnine Law Certified Administrator, Cloudnine Law Certified User, eDiscovery Core, and eDiscovery Specialist.
