Emily Babalas, JD, is currently the Deputy General Counsel at CloudOne Digital, where they play a pivotal role in shaping the legal strategy and advising on corporate transactions, governance, and compliance. Previously, they held significant legal positions, including Associate Director of Legal at Arrowstreet Capital and Deputy General Counsel at Stream Global Services. Emily also served as Director of Client and Product Strategy at Wellington Management, where they led product development initiatives, and worked as Counsel at WilmerHale, focusing on corporate and securities law. They earned a Doctor of Law from Boston University School of Law and hold a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
