Cynthia Margaret is a strategic and results-oriented Talent Development Manager with over 5 years of experience in human resources. Currently serving in dual roles at Cloudoon and RYANADA LIMITED since May 2020, Cynthia focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as designing and implementing strategic programs for performance management and succession planning. Prior to these positions, Cynthia held the role of Human Resources Assistant at Herocean Enterprises (K).LTD, where responsibilities included recruitment, contract management, and payroll administration. Education includes a Certification as a Certified Human Resource Practitioner from the College of Human Resource Management, along with various certificates in advanced digital skills and perspectives of world Christian movements, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Penology from Maasai Mara University.
