Robert Kress

Robert Kress began their career in the US Navy in 2012, where they completed the Navy Nuclear Officer Training Pipeline and served in various roles, including Division Officer, Propulsion Automation Division Officer, Reactor Department Training Manager, and Director of Operations for Naval Special Warfare. In 2022, they joined The Honor Foundation as a Fellow, and also began working at Bidscale as a Strategy Lead and Product Manager. At Bidscale, they drove strategy and business development for a high growth technology start up, and led business development engagements to drive partnerships and business opportunities.

Robert Kress is currently enrolled in the Wharton Executive MBA Program in San Francisco, which they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2024. Robert previously obtained a Masters of Engineering Management (MEM) from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from George Mason University. Robert also holds a Nuclear Engineering Officer certification from Naval Reactors, obtained in July 2018, as well as a TS/SCI Clearance from the United States Department of Defense.
