Dean Iles

Dean Iles is a Senior Compliance Manager at CloudPay since October 2024, with extensive experience in risk and compliance management, including roles as Head of Risk and Compliance and Data Protection Officer at Azzurro Associates from December 2023 to September 2024. Prior to this, Dean served at Amigo Loans in various capacities from April 2007 to December 2023, notably as Risk Assurance Manager, where responsibilities included managing audit actions, reporting on business issues, and supporting ESG strategy development. Additional experience includes leading compliance monitoring, complaints management, and litigation reviews, alongside a background in debt management. Dean holds a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma from BSI Training Academy and has been recognized for contributions to compliance excellence, including a shortlist nomination for the ICA Compliance Team of the Year.
