Grace Neal has a diverse background in payroll and customer service, currently serving as a Payroll Consultant at CloudPay since September 2019. In this role, Grace has held various positions including EMEA Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Transition Specialist, and International Payroll Specialist, demonstrating a robust understanding of payroll processes across multiple regions. Prior to joining CloudPay, Grace worked as a Customer Service Agent at Simplyhealth from July 2017 to August 2019, where foundational customer service skills were developed.
