Hugo Hernández Rogade

Hugo Hernández Rogade is currently the Implementation Consultant Team Lead at CloudPay, where they also hold previous roles as an Implementation Consultant and AMER Payroll Transition Specialist. They worked as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at APM Terminals from 2019 to 2021 and served as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Pantera Negra Global from 2018 to 2019. Hugo’s earlier experience includes positions at Chiquita as Supervisor de Relaciones de Trabajo and Coordinador de nóminas, as well as a role in Innovación y Control at Publimedia. They earned a Licenciatura in Finanzas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
