Joan Altes has extensive experience in project management, support, and development within the payroll and HR technology sector. Currently, Joan serves as the Implementation - Service Partner Alignment Manager at CloudPay since June 2020. Prior to this role, Joan spent over a decade at ADP Streamline, holding various positions including Support and Development Manager, Support and Maintenance Manager, and Project Manager for Business Development, where significant contributions included managing teams and overseeing operational plans and budgets. Earlier in career, Joan worked at ADP Iberia, excelling as National Accounts Sales Manager and Business Manager, and began with GSI Spain as Project Director and Human Resources Systems Manager, focusing on payroll and HR systems development for the Spanish market.
