Previously, Jonathan held various roles at IBM, including EMEA HR Process Improvement Leader and EMEA Regional Payroll Service Manager, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing HR processes and managing payroll operations across multiple European countries. Jonathan began career foundations at Procter & Gamble as a Swiss Payroll Administrator and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Northumbria University.
