Олена Поліщук

Oleana Polischuk began their professional career in 2018 as a Library Assistant at the Sheptytsky Center at the Ukrainian Catholic University. In 2020, Oleana moved to Sensoteka - Lviv Public Library as a Cultural Manager. In 2021, Oleana joined Cloudprinter.com as a Customer Support Specialist and was later promoted to Print Operations Manager. As Print Operations Manager, Oleana was responsible for managing a high volume of assigned jobs from order management to sandbox testing, ensuring business intent was accurately communicated for successful outcomes across multiple teams. Oleana also had to make sure the printers kept their SLA, communicate with printers about delayed orders, and monitor the general dashboard on delayed orders. Additionally, Oleana had to create internal Wiki and external website documentation on the daily processes and platform updates.

Oleena Poliishchuk graduated from the Ukrainian Catholic University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Cultural Studies in Visual Culture (Selfie). In 2018, they completed an Intensivkurs Deutsch in German Language at Universität Greifswald.
