Nefin Gigi

Nefin Gigi is a Salesforce Developer at CloudQ since February 2025, with previous experience as a Partnerships Executive at CAFU from January 2023 to February 2025, where responsibilities included conducting techno-commercial evaluations of CRM vendors and designing custom integrations for CRM systems. Nefin also served as a Partnerships Intern in the same company, performing research on CRM vendors and analyzing existing standard operating procedures through user interviews. Prior experience includes working as an Application Support Engineer at BYJU'S from June to December 2022. Nefin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from SAHRUDAYA COLLEGE OF ADVANCED STUDIES and completed high school with a degree in Computer Science at The Indian High School in Dubai.
