Mohamed Labouardy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product development and cloud governance. Currently leading product initiatives at CloudQuery since January 2025, following the acquisition of Tailwarden, Mohamed also operates as the founder of the DevOps Bulletin, a weekly newsletter focused on innovative stories and open-source tools in the DevOps, FinOps, and Security domains. Prior to these roles, Mohamed co-founded Tailwarden, a cloud governance platform, and Crew, an all-in-one recruiting CRM that participated in Y Combinator. Additional experience includes founding Komiser, an open-source cloud-environment inspector, serving as Head of DevOps at Foxintelligence, and working as a software engineer at various organizations, including InterCloud and Capgemini. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Université de Bordeaux and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Mohammed V University, complemented by participation in the Y Combinator S21 Batch.
