Andy Paton is an HR Transformation Leader with a CIPD accreditation, currently exploring AI-enabled HR operating models. Andy has extensive experience in HR, having served as a Senior Manager and Solution Architect at PwC UK from 2017 to 2025, where they focused on HR transformation and solution design. Previously, Andy led the Workday HCM implementation at easyJet and managed a team in the European HR Service Centre. They are currently a HR Transformation Manager at CloudRock, supporting clients with transformation strategies and technology deployment. Andy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Use Planning and Management from the University of Portsmouth.
