Cat Horton

Cat Horton is a qualified HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and Workday HCM. They served as a Senior Manager in Global HR Technology at Kantar from 2018 to 2024 and held various roles including Workday Product Lead and Global HR Business Analyst. Prior to Kantar, Cat worked at Interserve as an HR Manager and Project Manager, among other positions. Currently, they are a Workday Functional Senior Consultant at CloudRock, helping customers maximize their HR and Finance digital transformation. Cat's educational background includes studies in History, Human Biology, Psychology, and English Literature from Alcester Grammar School, as well as completing the CIPD Professional Development Scheme.
