Gavin Russell

Gavin Russell possesses extensive experience in customer relations and human resources, beginning with a tenure at Prudential UK from November 2004 to June 2006 as a Customer Relations Manager and subsequently as a Retirement Consultant. In these roles, Gavin focused on enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and complex issue resolution. Following that, Gavin spent over 15 years at Prudential in various HR roles, including HRIS Tester and HR Specialist. Currently, Gavin serves as an HR Advisor at CloudRock Partners since January 2023. Educational qualifications include Financial Planning Certificates from Prudential UK and ongoing CIPD studies in HR Knowledge and Practice at Forth Valley College.
