Manuel Schweizer

Manuel Schweizer is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Executive Board Member and CEO of cloudscale.ch AG since September 2014. With a strong background in internet infrastructure, Schweizer was a Board Member at Swiss Internet Exchange from March 2013 to February 2022 and held leadership positions at Nine Internet Solutions AG, where responsibilities included Head of Datacenters and Network Engineer from March 2012 to September 2014. Starting in the technology sector at ThinkClever GmbH, Schweizer also served as Executive Board Member and CEO from October 2006 to September 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Product Manager for IBM at Stiftung Studenten Discount from January 2004 to December 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences Eastern Switzerland, enhanced by certifications from the Cisco Networking Academy and a foundational education at ETH Zürich and Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftliches Gymnasium Bern-Kirchenfeld.
