Jackie Keane

Jackie Keane has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jackie co-founded and served as a director at Cloudscaler, where they helped clients in the private and public sectors deliver technology transformation programs. Jackie also worked as a non-executive director at the Houses of Parliament. In the UK Health Security Agency, Jackie held the position of Digital & Technology Director, leading the design, development, and delivery of digital capabilities for Covid-19 testing and tracing. Jackie also played a vital role in shaping the future digital strategy for the agency.

At the UK National Audit Office, Jackie worked on the Delivery Assurance team, providing assurance and support for technology transformation programs. Jackie was involved in the Audit Software Project and the Methodology Project. In their role as a customer director consultant at easyJet, Jackie provided leadership in operational business design and customer experience for the easyJet Holidays business.

Jackie'sprevious experience at the UK Home Office includes serving as Director of Immigration Technology, where they were responsible for the digital strategy and delivery of advanced digital solutions to the global Immigration business. Jackie led a large-scale agile delivery program that transformed operational processes and adopted a cloud-first approach. Jackie also served as Delivery Director for the Immigration Casework Programme, Programme Director for the Biometrics Programme, and Programme Manager for the National Identity Scheme - ID Cards Early Propositions.

From 2014 to 2015, Jackie Keane attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. During this time, they pursued a Major Projects Leadership Academy, Cohort 3 and obtained a degree in this field of study.
