Sam Rapley

Sam Rapley is an experienced professional in the field of digital transformation and agile delivery, currently serving as SVP Global Delivery and Delivery Director at Ciklum since February 2019. With a strong background in managing complex digital transformation programmes, Sam has effectively utilized agile, cloud, continuous delivery, and DevOps techniques to enhance team performance. Prior to this role, Sam held various positions at the UK Home Office from November 2013 to February 2019, including Programme Delivery Lead, where a scaled agile delivery hub was created to modernize immigration casework systems. Sam's earlier experience includes key roles in project and platform management, where successful recovery plans and innovative solutions were implemented for chronic delivery challenges. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Advanced Computer Science and Management from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Information Systems from Brunel University of London.
