Sofia Rafiq has a wealth of experience in customer service and project management. Sofia began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Advisor for Careline Services Ltd on the London Olympics Campaign. In 2013, they moved to The Utility Warehouse Discount Club / Telecom Plus PLC, where they worked as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor. In 2017, they joined CV-Library Ltd as a Client Response Project Coordinator, and was awarded Employee of the Month in December of that year. In 2021, they obtained Certified Project Manager Training from Lead Academy and in 2022 they obtained Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
