Christopher S. has over two decades of experience in security and risk management, currently serving as a member of AMCHAM Taiwan and Washington DC since May 2022. Christopher is the Program Manager for Business Development at 4secureCMS LLC, a firm founded in 2016 that offers specialized consulting in anti-counterfeiting, executive protection, and private investigation services. As the Vice President of Global Risk Management at CLOUDSKOPE since May 2017, Christopher leads the development of a comprehensive risk practice providing consulting services in various areas including open-source intelligence investigations and cybersecurity program development. Previous experience includes a federal government role from December 2000 to March 2017 and service as a Naval Officer specializing in cyber operations from 1989 to 2000. Christopher holds an MBA in International Business from San Diego State University and a BS in Computer Science from Villanova University.
