Heidi Kay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Heidi is currently employed at CloudSort, where they serve as the Head of Strategy & Business Operations, starting in March 2023.

Prior to CloudSort, Heidi worked at Cardinal Health as the Director of Product & Technology from May 2022 to March 2023.

Before Cardinal Health, they held the position of VP US Network at Sendle for a year, from June 2021 to June 2022.

From April 2020 to June 2021, they were employed by Amazon as a Senior Manager in the ATS Linehaul department.

Heidi also worked at Walmart eCommerce as the Director of Strategic Projects eCom Transportation from January 2019 to March 2020.

Heidi'searlier experience includes a role as a Senior Manager at Amazon from June 2015 to December 2018.

Before Amazon, Heidi spent several years at FedEx Ground, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Postal Programs and Customer Engineering from August 2012 to June 2015.

Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Support Analyst III from July 2011 to August 2012, a Business Development Manager from January 2009 to August 2011, and a Senior Pricing Analyst from June 2007 to December 2008.

Heidi started their career in 2006 at Central Garden & Pet as a Demand Chain Analyst, where they worked until June 2007.

Heidi Kay completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1998 to 2002. Heidi then pursued their MBA with a focus on Project Management at Lakeland University from 2008 to 2009.
