Susannah Williams

Susannah Williams is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in leadership roles at CloudSource, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Practice Lead since July 2010. In this capacity, Susannah Williams manages the Microsoft Practice, overseeing various aspects including personnel, finance, service provision, and IT security. Prior to this, Susannah Williams worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2001 to May 2009 as an IT Helpdesk Analyst, where skills in IT and communication were developed while supporting staff at all organizational levels. Susannah Williams holds a degree from the University of Derby, earned between 1994 and 1996.
