Tomas Gliviak

Tomas Gliviak has had a range of work experiences in various roles and companies. Tomas began their career as a Junior Analyst of Skills-Based Volunteering Program Intern at LEAF Organization, where they improved volunteer selection and established partnerships with local NGOs. Tomas then interned at RBS as a Human Resources Intern and at Amazon as a Recruitment Projects Intern, streamlining processes and improving conversion rates for hiring MBA talent.

Tomas also worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst Intern before joining Exponea, where they held several roles including Lead Business Analyst, Customer Analytics Consultant, and Chief of Staff. At Exponea, they co-created an acquisition data room, redefined KPI measurement and forecasting, and relaunched the pricing model. Tomas also worked on process improvements and software implementations to enhance organizational rhythm and performance.

In addition to their time at Exponea, Tomas served as an Operations Advisor at Luigi's Box, where they provided guidance on management reporting and revenue operations topics. Tomas then moved on to VESTBERRY, initially as an Operations Advisor and later as the Director of Operations, before joining CloudTalk as Chief of Staff. In their current role at CloudTalk, they are working towards scaling the company to achieve $100 million in ARR.

Throughout their career, Tomas has demonstrated expertise in operations, analytics, and organizational improvement.

Tomas Gliviak attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management with Intercalated Year. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation 2017 certification from PeopleCert in February 2019. Tomas also obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Master certification in Excel Expert, Word, and PowerPoint from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in June 2016. Additionally, they acquired several course certificates in various subjects such as Getting and Cleaning Data (91.9%) in May 2016, R Programming (100%) in November 2015, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox (100%) in August 2015, all from Coursera.
