Mayela Armas is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and menu development. As a Consultant at RAMEN MOMO, Mayela successfully opened a second restaurant in Reykjavik, Iceland, and created a new Asian food menu. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at CLOUDTOWN BRANDS since October 2021, Mayela has also held positions at Mosquito Wo Restaurants as Executive Chef and at Tonka Bar as Chef from 2011 to 2016. In addition, Mayela has contributed to culinary education as a cooking professor at La Patente since April 2023 and has provided consulting services for Enlagloria Salad House.
