Miguel Ron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Miguel is currently the CEO and Co-founder of CloudTown Brands, a position they have held since July 2020. From 2013 to 2018, Miguel worked at ESOMAR as the representative for LATAM, specializing in data science, predictive analytics, and behavioral economics. Prior to that, they were a professor at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, teaching consumer psychology, behavioral economics, and growth marketing from an unknown start date until March 2017. Miguel also founded and served as CEO of Mercom Innovation Market Research from January 2010 to February 2017, focusing on predictive analytics, big data, and behavioral research. Miguel has also held positions as Chairman of the Board at AVAI, Strategic Planning Director at Draftfcb ad agency, and Sports Psychologist at Caracas Futbol Club. Additionally, Miguel worked as a research specialist at Ipsos from September 2006 to July 2007.

Miguel Ron obtained their Master's degree in behavioral research from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Psychology with a concentration in behavioral research at the same institution, studying from 1997 to 2003.
