Alexander Hudson

Alexander Hudson is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in optimization and competitive intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist in Schedule Optimization at CloudTrucks since November 2022, Alexander previously held positions at Uber as an Applied Scientist focusing on competitive landscape analysis from October 2020 to November 2022, and at Sonder Inc. as a Senior Data Scientist and Tech Lead for Pricing and Revenue Management from December 2018 to October 2020. Alexander's career includes freelance data science work, a postdoctoral researcher role at Berkeley Lab, and contributions as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley. Academically, Alexander earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, an MSc in Theoretical Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and a BS in Applied Physics from the California Institute of Technology.
