Pradeep Sekar is an experienced HCM Architect currently working at CloudVice since August 2022, with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and HRMS. Prior to this role, Pradeep served as a Manager at PwC Acceleration Centers in India from December 2021 to August 2022 and held the position of Associate Manager at Accenture between June 2020 and November 2021. Pradeep's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Cognizant from June 2016 to May 2020, where extensive implementation of cloud HCM for North American clients took place, along with supporting user training and testing sessions. Additionally, Pradeep worked as a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Consulting and as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, contributing to various aspects of HRMS projects and training on Oracle HCM solutions. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University of Technology - Coimbatore, obtained in 2011.
