Ricardo Cici has several years of experience in various growth and marketing roles. Ricardo currently serves as the Head of Growth & Partner at CloudWalk, Inc., where they are responsible for building growth strategies from scratch. Prior to this, they were the CEO & Co-Founder of Confere Cartões, a startup that was acquired by CloudWalk Inc. Ricardo was also a Growth Consultant at Clinton Education, where they achieved significant results in marketing and demand generation. Ricardo has experience in lead generation and conversion optimization as a Lead Acquisition Specialist at CargoX. In addition, they have worked as a Senior Growth Analyst and Growth Analyst at MarketUP, where they were involved in new business development, partnerships, and CRM flow modeling. Ricardo began their career as a Marketing Intern at SAS Institute, where they gained experience in lead generation and event organization.
Ricardo Cici has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended Harvard Business School, where they focused on mastering growth. Prior to that, in 2017, they completed an extension program in startups and technology at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, called InnovNation - The Israeli Model. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Certificate in Business Administration at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, specializing in administration and business. Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, they obtained their degree in Propaganda e Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, with a focus on brand, product, and service management. In addition to their formal education, Ricardo has also obtained various certifications, including inbound marketing, SEM/SEO, growth hacking, lean startup, content marketing, and Google AdWords.
