Stéfany Barbosa

Stéfany Barbosa is currently a Data Scientist at CloudWalk, Inc. since May 2023, focusing on applying Data Science to client-driven projects that serve over 3 million customers in Brazil and the United States. Stéfany has developed Machine Learning models in Python for fraud prevention and credit scoring and previously worked as a Data Analyst, producing reports and executing SQL queries in BigQuery to bolster cross-departmental collaboration. Prior experience includes an internship at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Ceará, contributing to the digital transformation of environmental data analysis, and various roles at the Federal University of Ceará, engaging in community outreach and urbanism research. Stéfany holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Federal University of Ceará and is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science and its Applications at the University of Essex.
