Chunlei Xia

Chunlei Xia has a diverse and extensive work experience. They currently hold the role of Director, Research at Cloudwall, where they have been employed since 2022. Prior to this, Chunlei Xia worked as a Senior Quant at Millennium Management starting in 2019. They also served as a Vice President at Citi from 2014 to 2019. Before joining Citi, Chunlei Xia worked as a Quantitative Researcher at a Startup Hedge Fund from 2012 to 2014. They began their career at Goldman Sachs & Co as an Associate in 2010. Chunlei Xia's work experience also includes a significant research role as a Ph.D. Student and Research Assistant at the USC Nanocluster Physics Laboratory, where they were employed from 2003 to 2009.

Chunlei Xia holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Southern California. Additionally, they have earned an M.S. in Computer Science specializing in High Performance Computing and Simulation, an M.S. in Mathematical Finance, and an M.A. in Physics, all from the University of Southern California. Prior to attending USC, Xia completed a B.S. in Physics and a B.S. in Economics from Peking University.
