Michał Kolankiewicz

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on software development and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovative projects by training and mentoring technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where significant contributions to decentralized infrastructure and innovative technology were made. Micha also holds advisory roles in various blockchain initiatives and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne, alongside additional certifications in Fintech and project management.
