Dane Maddox is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and contact center industries. Dane co-founded Cadence Telecommunications Ltd, developing a scalable SaaS tool for performance assurance in telephony systems from 2017 to 2019. From November 2002 to April 2006, Dane served as a Technical Consultant at UCMS Solutions, primarily working with Genesys Solutions. Additional roles include serving as a Genesys Consultant for Shell Oil Company and providing architectural expertise as a Solution Architect for an integrated Genesys/Nortel Contact Centre solution until 2012. Dane's consulting experience extends to Voco and significant contributions to clients such as ANZ Bank and Vodafone NZ, focusing on contact center architecture and customer experience solutions.
