Alana Higgins

Alana Higgins has a diverse work experience in the healthcare IT industry. Alana started their career in 1990 as a Senior Regional Director for CHRISTUS Health, where they worked for almost three decades. In 2018, they joined CloudWave, Healthcare IT Solutions as a Customer Success Manager. Within a year, they were promoted to the position of Director, Customer Success Management. Overall, Alana has a strong background in customer success management and leadership roles in the healthcare industry.

Alana Higgins attended Southern Arkansas University from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing.
