Alejandro Rivera

Alejandro Rivera is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and support. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Engineer at CloudWave since October 2014, Alejandro has progressed through various roles including Cloud Engineer and Cloud Administrator III. Prior experience includes working as an IT Support Technician at Amazon from August 2013 to October 2014 and serving in an IT Help Desk capacity at TEAM International, Inc. from February 2008 to August 2013. Alejandro began the career at KGB USA as a Team Manager from April 2003 to February 2008. Alejandro holds a degree in CCNA from Northwest Vista College and further education from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
